Scheduling Fee Guidelines

Congratulations! You’ve taken the first step to ensure the process for booking appointments goes smoothly. We at Evolve SaIon value your patronage and most of all your time. It’s important to us to ensure each appointment has the time needed for every guest and artist to achieve each desired hair goal. Out of respect and transparency, we would like to reiterate our scheduling and cancelation policy which is as follows:

 

  • Every appointment will have a $25.00 scheduling fee. This has already been paid on your part and the amount will be applied to the services you receive at the time of your appointment.

  • If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, we ask for you to notify us at least 48 hours prior. With proper notice, your $25.00 scheduling fee will be moved to your next appointment.

  • If your cancelation is not within the parameters stated above, you will forfeit your $25.00 scheduling fee. Additionally, if we receive your notice of cancelation within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged an inconvenience fee of $25.00 more.

  • In the extremely rare case that you are unable to notify us of your cancelation and do not make your appointment. You will forfeit your $25.00 scheduling fee and be charged an additional $50.00.
